League of Lyceums
On November 2, 2015, the first city intellectual tournament was held in Saratov among youth teams League of Lyceums. The initiator of this project was LIEN. In Saratov, co-organizers of the project Intellectual Games were invited.
Since 2013, in Saratov there is a project Intellectual Games in Saratov, where representatives of business, media, education, government agencies and others take part in intellectual competitions established on the basis of the legendary television broadcast “What? Where? When?".
For Saratov schoolchildren, events were also held in a similar format, this game triggers student interest. This LIEN idea of holding an annual event is a good tradition which unites the lyceum community of Saratov city.
Holding the city intellectual tournament League of Lyceums aims to popularize knowledge, broaden horizon, increase knowledge and intellectual level among schoolchildren.
Each team has 6 people, students of 7-9 grades who must gain maximum number of points for correct answers to questions. All participants of the tournament are awarded with diplomas, and prizes.
The annual intellectual tournament has become a wonderful tradition educational space of Saratov city, as well as one of Saratov bright, educational project for children and youth, which gathers the smartest people of Saratov lyceums at the LIEN platform.
